किस सलीके से निभाई थी वफ़ा
प्यार फिर भी रेत का घर हो गया

कौन पहचाने हमें इस भीड़ में

Morning bell

એક ગઝલ - હજાર નહિ ચાલે બજારમાં



હંમેશા જોયા જેને કારમાં કે બારમાં ;

એ જ ઉભા છે આજે બૅન્કની કતારમાં.



કોણ છે ગરીબ અને કોણ છે અમીર ?

દેખાય છે બધા આજે એક જ હારમાં.



જેણે કર્યા સદાય એકના સીધા બાર

તેઓનું શું થશે ફક્ત ચાર હજારમાં?



ઉપર-નીચે , પ્લસ-માઇનસ , બંધ-શૉ ;
