હે ઈશ્વર !!

હું તને ઓળખું છું ખરી ? યા તું મને ઓળખે છે ખરા ?

હું માનું છું આ કુદરતને ..નિહાળુ છું કણ કણમાં ને માણસોના મનમાં પણ એ ઈશ્વર તું જ છે ને !!!

ક્યારેક તૂટતો તારો ને ચંદ્રના પ્રકાશે છેલ્લા શ્વાસ સુધી ચમકીને ખરી પડતો ...તું જ છે ને એ ચમકારો ?

રાતનાં નીરવ સન્નાટા ધ્રુજાવે  પવનને,

બસ રહી જાશે શબ્દો આ ખાલી વાતમાં.

Once I asked a bird “Is sky as beautiful as it’s seen from here?”

બાય ધ વે , હમણા પાકિસ્તાનના બહુ મોટા ગજાના કવિ અફઝલ અહમદ ની એક સરસ કવિતા વાંચવામાં આવી .આ કવિતાની શીર્ષક " લાકડામાંથી બનેલા માણસો " છે લાકડું તો આપણે સહુએ જોયું છે પણ કવિની દ્રષ્ટી લાકડાને અનન્ય રીતે નિરખે છે .કવિએ આ કવિતામાં લાકડામાંથી બનેલા માણસોનો એક પ્રતિક તરીકે વિનિયોગ કર્યો છે કવિતા એન્જોય કરો .
