તસ્વીર

એક તારી એ તસ્વીરો યાદ છે,

હાથમાં એ હાથ સફરો યાદ છે.

હોય તારા હાથમાં ફૂલો ખીલતાં,

બાગમાં પંખીનો ડેરો  યાદ  છે.

યાદ આવે ને  ફરીથી   દોડતાં ,

એજ ઘર નો રોજ ફેરો યાદ છે .

આપણાં ગીતો મધુરાં  વાતમાં ,

સાંજનો એ રંગ ઘેરો, યાદ  છે.

પ્રેમ સ્વપ્ન સાથ ભીની પાંપણો,

આંખ પરનો એ પહેરો યાદ છે .

संग मंजीरे बजाते हाथ में,

अेक सूरज ओर जैसे धूप में।

Whenever I hear the word the word "study," the image that pops up in my mind is that of a school - classrooms full of strict teachers and noisy pupils, an open area and formidable barb wires surrounding it. Lets not forget, the desks, chairs, pen, pencil, ruler and eraser along with the notebooks ! All of these, form the 'traditional' aspect of education, which has dominated our learning, but been losing its grip since the past decade.

दिलका वो खिलना तो याद है।

ओह कविराज

लिखो आज

कोई कविता

जो लब थिरक उठें

जो मन में यूँ झूम जाए

जैसे कोई फूलों भरी शाख

जो तन मन महका जाए

मन में प्रेम की जोत

या देश प्रेम या फिर

इंसानियत ही सिखा जाए

जिसे गुनगुनाऊँ

तो बच्चे मुस्कुरा दें

बच्चों की

या बड़ों की

पर मासूम सी

उसे यूँ ही रहने दो

उड़ने दो

रंगीन तितली को

सुर्ख़ पहरों में

बहने दो

कागज़ की कश्ती को

बारिश की लहरों में

बचालो इसे…

अकेली चाह से कुछ नहीं बनता



भागते रहे तुम जिस्मानी सौंदर्य के पीछे 

जिसके छींटे लगते रहे नाम के पीछे 

बेकार में बदनामी झेलते रहे 

बस जीस्म के साथ खिलवाड़ ही करते रहे।



हर कोई जान ने लगा आप क्या है? 

आपके जीवन में प्रेम का वास्ता क्या…

મારી કવિતા માં વ્હાલ છે

આજનું પ્રતિબિંબ અને હાલ છે

એની પ્રતીતિ હમણાજ કરાવી દઉં

તમારી આંખ માં હર્ષ ના અશ્રુ લાવી દઉં।

મેં ફેરવી નજર ચારેબાજુ

જોયું હેત થી આજુબાજુ

ના સંભળાણો તમારો મધુર આવાજ

હા ના ઝણઝણાવી શક્યો સાજ।

હું તાલ મિલાવી શક્યો હોત

પણ પાછળ થી રોત
