Three Methods of Accumulating Impact Crusher Crushing Ratio
Crushing ratio is a performance evaluating indicator which can be applied to every crusher. Crushing ratio reflects the crushing capacity and effect of crusher, thus, it can be used as reference for choosing stone materials. Impact crusher has three approaches to figure out the crushing ratio.
First, i=Dmax/dmax. Here mobile stone crusher, Dmax refers to the maximum granularity of the feeding materials; dmax refers to the maximum granularity of the final product. It is the ratio of maximum granularity of the feeding materials to the maximum granularity of the final product.
Second, i=Dcp/dcp. Here, we figure out the ratio by even granularity. the Dcp refers to the even diameter of the feeding materials; the dcp refers to the even diameter of the final product. The crushing ration got by this reflects the crushing degree more correctly for it is adopted by theoretical study.
Third,i=0.85B/b. we can also get the crushing ratio through the ratio of the even diameter of the feeding materials to the even diameter of the final product. The B refers to the width of the feeding mouth; the b is the width of the discharge mouth. Besides, 0.85 is the coefficient which is the effective width that crusher can hold the feeding materials. As for taking width value, coarse crusher takes the biggest width of discharge mouth while the medium crusher takes the smallest of discharge moth.
