1. White flakes on your shoulders speak of dandruff. If your

key to hair health.

8. Dull hair is craving for Vitamins, omega 3 fatty acids, selenium
and zinc. A healthy diet is essential for shiny hair.

9. Premature greying is not aging but can be genetic factor,
thyroid, vitamin b 12 deficiency, vitiligo etc.

10. Dry, dull, falling hair calls for conditioning. Massage can
stop hair loss by both conditioning and also by relieving the
harmful effects of stress.
