Whatever misgivings

Even though with bitter memory

We never felt sorry

But tried to carry

With happiness and always felt merry

Now we have come off in better way

We will shift from here and go away

We have some attachment to this place

We had made it real palace

The surroundings might be dirty

All around show was just pity

Yet we were not feeling misery

We always thought of it daily

Time was villain

We had agony and pain

But we remained

Confident and trained ourselves

We all have braced up now

And faced new challenges

But still I want to look all round

That has enabled us good ground

Something still pinched

Even if we had reached

To some respected level

I carried so much pain to tell

I wanted to scream

But sacred even in dream

Something worried me constantly

But I shall not reveal it instantly

Have I to mend self and come out

That shock needs to be talked about

I must now stand erect

And correct whatever misgivings I had
