A. The Preparing Work Before Starting
a. Check carefully whether the bearing lubrication condition is good; whether there is enough lubrication at knee joint.
b. Check whether the roof bolt is back; whether the gasket compressed; whether bolts tight.
c. Check whether there is ore or impurities in crushing cavity. If there are ore or debris, it must be clean to ensure the crusher starts without load. Check carefully whether the drive belt is good; if you find there is any breakage phenomenon, it should be replaced in time. When there is greasy dirt on the belt or belt pulley, it must be wiped with base cloth.
B. The Starting
a. Starting only after that the machine is in normal situation by tests proving.
b. The machine is allowed to start only under the condition of no load.
c. Starting should de done after warning through the bell or signal in advance. If there is abnormal phenomenon after starting, the operator has to stop the machine immediately. Only after abnormal situation being identified and eliminated can crusher start. It is forbidden to start operation under abnormal conditions.
