The Influence Factors of Production Capacity of Fote Impact Crusher
There are many factors that can affect the production capasity of the impact crusher and they can be classified into 5 aspects, so here I would describe these 5 factors and propose the corresponding solution:
1 The hardness of the material: the harder the material, the more difficult it is to smash, and the more serious it would cause to the impact crusher. So we need to pay more attention on the choice of the materials.
2 The composition of the material: the finer the powder it contains in the feeding material of the impact crusher, the more difficult it will be for the machine to make small size rocks. The powder is easy to adhere to the machine; as a result, it will affect delivery. Based on this, materials with high content of fine powders should pass through a sieve in advance for fear that it would affect the normal work of the impact crusher.
3 The fineness of the material after being smashed by the impact crusher: the requirement of the material is high, namely the finer the material after it is squeezed, correspondingly the smaller the production ability of the crusher. This aspect is determined according to the specific requirement, if there is no special demand, usually the fineness of the material can be set in the degree of “middle fine“.
4 The viscosity of the material: it is easier for the high viscosity material to adhere to the impact crusher. The material with greater viscosity would adhere to the in-wall of the making sand chamber. If it is not cleaned up in time, it will affect the working efficiency of impact crusher. What’s worse, it would also affect the normal work of the vertical impact crusher. Therefore, when selecting a material, it is important to note that do not choose material with great viscosity.
