Belt conveyors systems uses only thehighest quality premium belting products, which reduces belt stretch and results in less maintenance for tension adjustments. Belt conveyors can be used to transport product in a straight line or through changes in elevation or direction. In certain applications they can also be used for static accumulation or cartons. Generally, this philosophy calls for belt cleaners that are: As far forward (as close to the conveyor discharge) as possible. Positioned out of the material flow. In vibrating feeder's operation, there should be always materials usually not less than 300 mm on the scraping belt. It is prohibited to place materials on the scraping belt in the emptying condition. When unloading is unavoidable, a layer of crushed aggregates should be paved on the scraping belt to protect it from being impacted directly. When the opening blocked by over-size material, it is prohibited to discharge it by blasting. The operator should be familiar with the machine’s structure theory. Before operating, the person should check whether all the parts are in a normal condition and the connection bolts on scraping belt become flexible. If everything has been OK, the machine can start to work. All the bearings and reducer should be lubricated correctly. The regular exchange of oil should be 300 hevery time except 3000h for the first time. Pay attention to the working condition of scraping belt, especially checking whether there is any loosening in connection bolts. The chain should be kept fitting in loose and tight. If it is off tracking, the tension device should be used to make adjustment. If any abnormal sound or breakdown takes place in the operation, the machine should be stopped immediately. Find out the problem carefully and solve it.
