Some Specific Ways to Resolve the Oil Spill of Coal Steel Ball Mill

Case One:
the front rear tile accelerator of ball mill is very large, so the fuel consumption will also increase, that is to say it is easy to flow the oil from jet hole on the hollow shaft and splash the oil out of the oil ring, which will lead the oil slinger leakage from oil seal.
Solution:
turning down the accelerator properly to decrease the fuel consumption.
Note:
adjust throttle should be performed by experienced people, because As in case the accelerator is turned down under size, the lubricant oil quantity of the bearing will be insufficient and the friction force will be increased which makes the main bearing set temperature rises. Once the phenomenon can't be dealt with, the main bearing will be burnt up.
Case Two:
after the ball mill operates for a long periods. the oil spray hole is blocked by some impurities, then the injection tube of oil pressure will rise, led to the other is not clogged hole flow increase, but close to the oil slinger nozzle flow of oil will splash into the oil slinger to external cause oil leakage.
Solution:
dredge the blocked oil hole on the spray bar, and check the ball mill spray bar regularly and clean in time once the banked-up spearhead is found.
Note:
clear the injection hole should choose soft tool to cleaning, in order to avoid the hardness material’s damage to the oil sprout hole.
