New Grinding Machine Structure and Technical Advantages
The limestone grinding mill can be also called Raymond mill, which can be derived to 1850s. With the development of productivity, grinding mill can not satisfy the demand of crushing technology. In this condition, the emergence of superfine grinding mill, large scale grinding mill are widely accepted and popularly used.
Before the 1980s, the domestic grinding mills are only limited to the crushing of materials with medium or above hardness such as limestone and coal. Most of the crushing and screening equipments appeared in 1950s, and this domestic hard rock grinding mills filled the gap at that time. Nowadays, Fote has developed a new superfine powder grinding mill with advanced technology and new materials.
This new grinding mill has great improvement in its current structure which mainly shows in the following aspects: to improve the structure of plate hammer and rotor to make it convenient to change the plate hammer; to optimize the structure of impact frame to improve the one-time crushing ratio and the energy utilization ratio. All these can improve the crushing capacity of ores and the convenience of equipments.
To adapt to the demands of market and customers, Fote are sparing no efforts to develop new plate hammer materials with good wear-resistance to increase the service life of plate hammer and improve the production efficiency.
At present, our main grinding mills include Raymond mill, vertical mill, micro powder mill and raw mill, etc. And besides the grinding mills, we also produce other series products like crushers, circular vibrating screen, vibrating feeder and mobile crushing plants which are widely used in industries like mining, chemistry, metallurgy, construction materials and coal production.
With the rapid economic development of our country, the grinding mills are developing towards the way of environmentally friendly and energy saving direction. This is the inevitable tendency for grinding mill manufacturers to make innovation and absorb new and advanced technology in order to survive in such a severe competition.

वो जो हँसते हुए दिखते है न लोग
अक्सर वो कुछ तन्हा से होते है
पराये अहसासों को लफ़्ज देतें है
खुद के दर्द पर खामोश रहते है
जो पोछतें दूसरे के आँसू अक्सर
खुद अँधेरे में तकिये को भिगोते है
