Mini Crusher lubrication Maintenance and Operation
Do you have a knowledge of mini cruusher, here I will tell you abour Mini Crusher lubrication maintenance and operation. There are some operation issues which will help you operate crusher properly and keep crusher work normally.
1. Usage
a. Feeding only after the crusher working properly.
b. Material to be crushed should be into crushing cavity evenly. Lateral feeding or piled feeding should be avoided in case of overload which will cause uneven discharge and damage to parts.
c. Under normal working condition, the bearing temperature should not exceed the highest temperature (70℃). Once exceeding the temperature, crusher should be immediately stopped; and the user has to find out and remove the possible reasons before starting the motor again.
d. Feeding should stop before stopping the crusher. Only after all materials in the broken cavity are completely discharged, can the motor be shut down.
e. When crusher halt is caused by material obstruction in crushing cavity, the crusher should immediately stop. The material should be discharged before starting again
f. When fixed and movable jaw plate wear, the other end of these can be used.
g. After a period of usage, elbow sleeve should be retightened in case that loosening tight elbow sleeve causes damage to the machine.
2. Lubrication
a. Before being started, the right amount of greases should be injected between the bracket and the bracket.
b. The quantity of grease which is added into the bearing seat should be 50% of the space volume with replacement every 3 to 6 months. When replacing the grease, roller bearing raceway should be cleaned with gasoline or kerosene.
c. Friction and lubrication should be paid attention to and done well in time in order to keep the normal operation of machines and prolong the service life of equipment.
