We somehow wish to live in the perfect situations wherein there are no issues in terms of economy, in terms of health, in terms of our relations but never comes the situation in anyone's life, when someone doesn't face these situations. Everyday, everyone comes to face them and Everyday, everyone wishes to deny them. After all who wants to have bad memories? Who wants to have poor economical life? Who wants to have poor health? Certainly none. But what can we do to resolve these issues, when we are too much busy in avoiding them. We are not helpless, it is just that we are not giving proper attention to them at all. Let me make this discussion more clear!
1) Physical Health - What makes our body weaker? What is the core reason? Certainly, some bacterias and viruses! But our phenomenal body has the ability to fight against any deadly virus/ bacteria, then why our mechanism becomes weak? Why can't it fight for lifetime, without any medication? Because it is the mechanism and any mechanism needs proper care and maintenance. In terms of our body, our care and maintenance is "Water, Food, Exercise, Sleep and Sex - ALL in proper quantity"! But either we make larger use of them or lesser, not in the required quantity. This is because we are not so aware about our own Body, oue own body's requirement, our own body's complaints. Meditation comes in the presence here. When you meditate, you get to know your body first. The hidden secrets within your body are first time so open like never before. Meditation improves and increases the physical health. How? When you meditate, the first thing that happens is your mind calms down automatically after so many painful stress. Once mind is not excited, breathing comes to normal rhythm and when your breathing is normal, your blood pressure is normal, hence the temperature of your body is normal. And the normal temperature states good health! Thus Meditation improves your Physical Health and also increases it.
2) Mental Health - It is most required today than any other time. We are living in the time of stress which is affecting our overall life. We are living in the times of competition and this competition has increased stress in much deeper level than of the past. Today, everyone wants to have good life but none wishes to face the difficulties. They are difficulties which make the inner self more powerful. To avoid them is just a root cause of being ill mentally and we are doing it. Day by day we are trying to avoid our problems and concentrating only on the progress. But progress is the outcome of our hard and smart work. The spirit to do something out of this world first knocks in the mind and then it is performed actually. Without steady mind, you can't expect any growth. And on the other side, unnecessary tension and stress has also affected our health badly. Meditation, first makes the mind free from all the fear, tension and stress. It makes you more grounded with the situations and you can see clearly that without solving the problems, you can't keep your self calm. Meditation not only makes your problems visible to you but also gives you confidence to solve them your self without anyone's help.
3) Economical Health - Yes, in today's costlier times, there is health awareness in economical dimension too. What do we mean by health? We mean something which is able to fight against the negative change and Economical health is most required today after physical health. You never know when you are going to need money in the future and there are several reasons for it. Everyone wants to fulfill their dreams and wishes to give their families good standard living and for that we work hard and save lots of money. But, we can improve our professional life too by doing meditation. Meditation gives you steady mind and when you are working without any tension of the future or any stress related to any part of your life, totally involved into your profession, results in to the best output from you. We can see that only very few people from earth are Multimillionaire. Are they out of this world? No. But when they work, they're simply out from this world, from this world - mark my words. When they work, they don't carry their inner world of memories with them and this concentration gives their performance a booster. Meditation improves concentration and we can take benefit of it in our professional life.
These are visible profits of Meditation and they are just on the horizon, in the deep, there are unbelievable benefits from Meditation and they are more valuable than of these. Meditation cleanses your AURA and adds positive energy into it, which makes you feel more satisfaction in life. You feel and see your self much satisfied and jolly than before and that too without any reason. Deep meditation changes you from within and the whole view of yours changes for your self and for the whole world!
Words are so impotent, they can last for few hours and sometimes for few days. Actions are very potent. Discussion of Meditation is just to give you real view of it.
