20 reasons to eat low GI (Glycaemic Index Food ).
The Idea here is that little changes in our eating habits can trigger such changes and to dramatic effect that one would feel the change in few weeks.
The blog is not to bore u but create an awareness for Eating Proper Food , Knowing what food u eat…
If my this blog changes even a persons life for good I would consider it time well spent.

Friends I start off with the Most Important meal of the day…BREAKFAST….
Term Break fast is self explanatory, however before we go on to this topic it is necessary that we have our night before meals on time. Easier said than done …right try and nothings impossible.
This takes me back to my school days I studies in Cool Climes of Hill Station Khandala, my memory takes me back and I wonder why I as a kid was less prone to sickness …answer is simple.
When u stay in hostel timing for every is set and you do that day in and out for years to come. I remember we had timely meals resulting in less sickness and more energy…Eat timely is the mantra…
Breakfast is the important for you begin your days first meal which would decide how energetic are you going to be throughout the day..
Study has shown that people who have regular breakfast tend to consume more nutrients and also weigh less then people who skip breakfast..
How skipping breakfast could be harmful?
Eating your first meal of the day timely would prevent hunger pangs or urges to consume le3ss nutries mid morning snacks.
However what is important is to have proper breakfast.
Best breakfast is the traditional porridge not the flavoured ones available in market they contain preservatives and also sugar…
So next time have traditional porridge which grand mother cooked and add natural fruits like blue berries , strawberries instead of sugar.
WHEN U EAT RIGHT YOU WOULD NOTICE THAT YOU WONT HUNGRY OFTEN BUT YOU MAY END UP EATING MORE FOOD THAN YOU NORMALLY DO.
Don’t panic & skip meals eating regularly eating right actually fires your body metabolisim & increases the amount of weight you loose.
Surprising Fact : Chillies speed up metabolism & hence is good to add to your diet.( in Moderation)
Try this when you accidently bite on chillies eating a part of it sets u on fire for time after u have biten chilli u tend to avoid any kind of food except liquid…
Ensure a 30 minute walk everyday at your own pace it strengthens heart & lungs.
