Jaw plate and bed consist of the fixed and the moving jaw. The jaw part is the working part and is fixed in the bed by bolts and wedges. The bed of the fixed jaw is the front wall of the rack and the bed of the moving jaw is hang and it needs sufficient strength and rigidity to bear the crushing counterforce.

The final one is the lubrication device. Centralized lubrication is usually applied to the eccentric shaft. The angle of the moving jaw is very small, making it very difficult to lubricate the heart part between the shaft and the bearing. All the parts are assembled to imitate the process of the chewing of the animals. And the maintenance of the stone crusher is of great importance. All of the parts should be replaced by the exact data of the parts to keep it in the best condition. The replacement of the thrust plate, plate, check and repair bush and other things must be checked.
