Expectations
But I don't actually agree when people say that we must not expect anything from anyone. There are a few times we expect the wrong thing from the wrong people but we expect because someone gave us a reason to or something made us believe that. I would rather say that when someone expects from us that in itself shows that we are worthy of fulfilling them. But what we also need to understand here is that when someone does not fulfill our expectation once it's okay to give them another chance but after that the world will consider us foolish if we do !
A very important aspect in expectation is whom we are expecting from and under what situations. Expecting magic to happen in every adverse situation is wrong, expecting every desire you have to be fulfilled is also wrong , sometimes we have to leave a few things as there are a lot of elements such as time, situation, understanding, loads of people, trust, understanding etc etc.
Expecting a dog to lay a hen's egg is stupid. Hence we must keep a check on what we are expecting and from whom we are expecting. A cat will meow and not bark these are things that go without saying. Same way in life we sometimes know everything and still we feel dissatisfied and dejected because of wrong expectations. Here there is a very thin line between the wrong and the right expectation but there still is a line. Draw it ! And trust me life will become better with each passing day. Expect nothing and everything u get you will be easily able to be satisfied with it.
But in the whole process don't loose hope .. You never know good things might just happen ! :)

अक्सर वो कुछ तन्हा से होते है
पराये अहसासों को लफ़्ज देतें है
खुद के दर्द पर खामोश रहते है
जो पोछतें दूसरे के आँसू अक्सर
