Do You Know High Grade Feldspar Processing Line?
When it comes to the feldspar processing flowchart, it can divided into the crushing stage and grinding stage. Each stage needs the involvement of high grade feldspar processing machines, including the high grade feldspar crushing machine and grinding machine. In the feldspar crushing stage, types of feldspar crusher deal with large-size feldspar stones to smaller size, which is prepared for the feldspar grinding process. Typically, the effect of feldspar grinding stage can ensure when the size of feldspar particles ranges from 5 mm to 20 mm. Feldspar grinding can be a powdering or pulverizing process. Finally, the feldspar powder is produced.
Based on the hardness of feldspar, the feldspar crushing process is consisted of the primary crushing stage and secondary crushing stage. As for high grade crushing machine, it refers to the crushing equipment to crush large feldspar stones. Typically, jaw crusher is used in the primary crushing stage, and the impact crusher is used in the secondary crushing stage. Usually, according to the quarry conditions, mobile crushers are also used in the feldspar quarrying activity. After the two stages of feldspar crushing, large feldspar whose diameter is approximately 1.5 meters has changed into feldspar particle, and the size of feldspar particles can achieve to 25mm or less. In the feldspar processing line, feldspar grinding machine plays its role after the crsuhing machine. Usually, feldspar grinding process should be done with the size reduction of feldspar below 5-20 mm. Feldspar grinding is a powdering or pulverizing process.
