1.After one month’s operation, it should give off the lubrication oil and change new oil. In addition, the temperature of the main bearing oil should be under 55℃.

2.If there is abnormal noise during the process of operation, it should stop to check and remove the faults at once.

3.It should check the chain, chain wheel and bearings as often as possible and it should deal with the problems if there is any.

4.It should change the main bearing, scaleboard bolt, grid board and mill board if there is severe abrasion on these parts in avoid that they will effect the normal work of the ball mill.

In fact, all the above are only some suggestions to the maintenance of ball mill and every customer should pay special attention to the safe operation of the machine.
