Ola ! Says the Good Morning Sun

Ola peeped the sun through my window pane

I was in your dreams sleeping like a baby insane

unknown of the trifles unknown of the blues

I knew the world which had hundred twenty dues

Slowly sang the bird I think it was cuckoo 

with no new word and a tune which was old too

But the day was fresh and the rays came closer

They opened my eyes and it was a curtain raiser

The to do list awaits and so  does my love

It time to kiss the ground and pull that lovely glove

Oh look at the dew drops shining like a pearl

Leaves are though scattered I think it was a swirl

The chimney smokes the smoke so early in the morning

Why doesn't someone tell her it bad and that's a warning

How do my lungs breath and how do I survive

Its a long way through and I have to strive

The milkman rings the bell and the paper kisses my feet

The shower sings the melody to which I add the beat

It time to leave the zone now and climb the mountain strong

It a whole new day today lets sing the winning song
