You Need to do Lubrication of Lignite Rotary Dryer Well
Under the unchanged condition of the quality of dried lignite, lignite dryer adopts low temperature four class drying process to make the moisture content of lignite evaporated below 13%. Lignite coal dryer is suitable for drying coal sludge, coal, flotation clean coal, mixed clean coal in coal industry; blast furnace slag, clay, Alta mud, quartzite, limestone, sand and other materials in construction industry; metal concentrates, sludge, tailings and other materials in mineral separation industry; as well as the non-heat-sensitive materials in chemical industry. Working Principle of Lignite rotary Dryer: Wet materials are sent to the hopper by belt conveyor or bucket elevator and through the feeding hopper, the materials are sent to the inside. Adjust to the feeding pipe slope so that the wet materials can flow smoothly down in the Lignite Dryer. The materials are sent from the higher end and the heat will be sent to the lower end, thus the materials and the heat will fully contact because of the gravity force. During the materials moving forward in the Lignite Dryer, the materials are directly and indirectly dried by the heater and then are sent to the discharging port.
All lubricating oil of the industrial lignite coal dryer shall all be released, thoroughly clean and replace the new oil when the lignite dryer put into operation for a month. Hereafter, changing the oil about every 6 months. All lubrication condition of each lubricating point and oil level should check at least every 4 hours. When the mill is in operation, the lubricating oil temperature of main bearing is no more than 55℃. During normal operation of mill, temperature of the bearing and reducer are not more than 55 ℃, the highest do not exceed 60 ℃.
