Why I Choose Copper Cable Recycling Machine?
Cable recycling machine is a machine used for crushing the waste copper wire and separating the copper from the plastic. Since the separated copper is like rice grains, it is called copper granulator which is a type of environmental protection machine. The machine separates sheath and copper core, followed by cutting, grinding and sorting, to thoroughly separate the copper and plastic so as to recycle them. It comes with a stripping unit and an electric separating unit The separated copper is bright and smooth and has a purity up to 99%.
Integrated type copper wire crusher adopts advanced design, rational structure, limited space and reliable operation. This machine includes crusher, vibrating screen, feeding blower, 3 separating blowers, 2 set of gatherer and electrical control system. The mixture will directly fall into vibrating screen after crushing, and will go through separating blower, gathering blower and accessorial blower. With screen box straight shock excitation, the sheath and core will separate, and get copper particles, plastic pellets and mixture from different outlet area. Dust goes to dust gatherer through air flue. The vibrating screen and separating blower will be controlled by transducer, which can adjust frequency and the air value according to different conditions. This type of machine is easy to operation and maintenance, and the separated precision can reach 98%. The scrap cable’s overall size below 15mm and single wire is 1mm, and the capacity is 200~300Kg/h.
The most charming advantage of cable recycling machine is strong adaptability: Cable recycling machine not only can be used to process copper wire with same specification, but also to process waste copper wire with different specification, which can’t be met by other type of copper wire machine (other copper wire machine can only process copper wire with same specification).

वो जो हँसते हुए दिखते है न लोग
अक्सर वो कुछ तन्हा से होते है
पराये अहसासों को लफ़्ज देतें है
खुद के दर्द पर खामोश रहते है
जो पोछतें दूसरे के आँसू अक्सर
खुद अँधेरे में तकिये को भिगोते है
