What does the Working Roll Crusher Depend on?
Roll crusher, also known as roller crusher, belongs to traditional crushing equipment. It is mainly used for fine processing of material particles. As the main working part, the two cylindrical rollers rotate oppositely to achieve the purpose of crushing. Due to its peculiar tooth crushing structure, it is also called Teeth Roll Crusher. But do you know What does the Working Roll Crusher Depend on?
The double roll crusher can be applied in industrial sectors, such as cement industry, chemical industry and building materials industry for medium and fine crushing of material with medium and high hardness like limestone, coke, coal, etc.
Double roll crusher features a two roll structure with smooth surface. Adjustment of discharging granularity for roller crusher is as follows: there is a wedge or shim adjusting device between two rollers, when the adjusting bolt pulls the wedge up, the wedge rolls the moving roller away, that is, the gap between two rollers will get bigger and the feed size gets bigger; when the wedge is down, the gap between the two rollers will get small under the impact of pressure spring, the feeding size gets small.
The working principle of roller crusher is depending on the mutual compression of the rollers at high speed and low rotating rate. The material can vertically fall to the crushing chamber from the top, which can be turned to the powder on the big impact caused by rollers, and the rest of the materials with the hardness also can be broken in the interior part. The second grinding can highly lower the energy consumption and improve the throughput.

पराये अहसासों को लफ़्ज देतें है
