Spiral classifiers mainly include four types. They are high weir type single spiral classifier, high weir type double spiral classifier, immersed type single spiral classifier and immerse type double spiral classifier. A gold ore spiral concentrator is composed of a transmission device, spirals, tank, elevator mechanism, a bottom support (bearing bush) and a discharging valve. Spiral separator is widely used to control material size from ball making equipment in the beneficiation process, separate mineral sand and fine mud in the gravity concentration, and clean mud and water in washing mineral process. Spiral Classifier for Gold Ore Working principle:

Different solid granularities have different gravity and thus have different dropping speed. The fine ore granularities floating in the water will overflow and the big ones will sink to the bottom and discharge from the upper part by spiral pushing. It can filter the granularities from the machine and then spin the rough particles to charging part by spiral vane and discharge the fine granularities from the overflow pipe. The base of the machine adopts a channel steel and the body adopts welded steel plate. The water inlet of spiral axle and axle head adopt pig iron cover for wear proofing and long life operation. The lifting equipment has two types, manual control and electric control.

Notes for Selection:

1. For the screw separator matching relevant ball mill, we can design as per the customer’s requirements, and make lengthened type(lengthening the water tank, lengthening the precipitation zone). The customer is required to specify the length to be added.

2. Several revolutions of the classifier are available. If there is no special requirement, we will make the spiral concentrator according to normal rotary speed (the underlined bold figure in the table).

3. While placing your order, please specify the model, quantity, and spiral direction of the classifier as well.
