Because of bad the stone jaw crusher work condition, wear in the production is inevitable, but if we can pay attention to in production maintenance for PE jaw crusher, regular check, can reduce unnecessary wear and tear, let's take a China jaw crusher daily check.
1. Check the belt. China Jaw crusher drive is the achievement of conveyor belt, should be regularly adjust tightness of the conveyor belt, ensure to receive strength evenly in conveyor belt. So we have to check the lubrication condition of parts, guarantee good lubrication components.Moving jaw hanging bearing and bracket elbow clearance, dry with electric or manual oil pump oil regularly, about once every hour to add oil, knee elbow head every three or four hours to add oil at a time.
